Bio:
Dr. Xiao-Sheng Zhang received the B.S. degree and the M.S. degree from the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China in 2007 and 2010, respectively. And then he obtained the Ph.D. degree in Microelectronics and Solid-State Electronics from Peking University in 2014. After that, he joined École Polytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne as a scientist/postdoc, and also served as a research associate at The University of Tokyo. In 2017, he was appointed as a hundred-talent professor at the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China. His research field covers the micro/nano electronic science and technology, and especially the micro/nano integrated fabrication and its application for self-powered micro/nano electronics. He has published more than 40 academic book and peer-reviewed papers, applied more than 20 invention patents, and awarded more than 20 academic honors and prizes.
