Prof. Weisheng Zhao got his Ph.D degree from Univ. Paris Sud in 2007 and after then he spent two years at CNRS (French national center for scientific research) and CEA (French atomic agency) as post-doc research fellow. From 2009 to 2014, he became a permanent scientist at CNRS, Orsay, France and he is currently full professor at Beihang University, Beijing, China. His research interest is the spintronics based computing from device to system levels. In the last 10 years, he initialized a number of innovations such as STT-MRAM based Non-volatile Flip-Flop for non-volatile processor and SPINLIB for the simulation models of spintronics devices. He has already published more than 150 scientific papers in the leading journals such as Nature communications, advanced materials, IEEE Transactions (4 TCAS-I, 5 TED and 3 TNANO) and conferences. He serves as program committee or session chair for a number of conferences such as DATE, Nanoarch, ASP-DAC and ISCAS etc. He becomes IEEE senior member from 2014.
